Print maxi dresses, swimmers, stripe T-shirts, jeans, sandals, crazy sunnies, metallic sandshoes, fun ethnic tote bags, big earrings, statement necklaces, black lace cocktail dresses, a chunky knit sweater for the new season.
What makes you truly happy?
I have never been happier. My family, my friends make me happy. My daughters are extraordinary and my darling partner Andy is absolute sunshine in my life, I can’t believe I get to wake up to him each morning…so blessed, his kids are thriving and I truly feel like he cracked me open and all this love and happiness fell out. My business Illuminate Management makes me happy, I am working very hard to grow it and it is thriving, which is very exciting. My eldest daughter Ella works with me and I am so proud of what we have achieved.
Favourite food?
Gosh…. so much. Asian food foremost, of any kind. Anything that someone else cooks for me (now I sound like my Mother) I cook most nights…. I love everything; I am not a fussy eater. These days we are spoilt for choice with our food, the cafes and restaurants have never been better.
Favourite quote?

Favourite read?
I read a lot, always have. Recently I have been buying secondhand books from charity shops…that’s how much I read. The thrill of my favourite Authors with new releases in stacks for a few dollars never fails to make me smile. I like crime books, murder mysteries, fashion reference books, cookbooks, and Interior books. So much. We have a large amount of books at home. They make me happy! They make me feel rich.
How do you keep your mind, body and soul inspired?
I wake up….
I am always inspired – rarely failing. I am an optimist. I find something good in most things. Some projects stop inspiring me because the collaboration has gone on too long. I am always the first to pull out. Courage is a big part of inspiration and creativity. I have so many ideas and tasks I want to do, my mind is constantly filled with how to find the time and make it happen. My body could do with some more inspiration, too much sitting and working on the computer these days and not enough running around. Working on that.
What is your favourite room in your house and why?
I think it is our ensuite, it has the best light in the house, it is so glamorous, people come in and their jaw drops. It is a great balance between masculine and feminine. The textures in the decorating are divine. It took a lot of thought, I am proud of it. I have learnt that measurements are everything.
Do you have a favourite travel destination/s and why?
The next one…I am due for a holiday. We went to Thailand a few years ago and that was great. I would like to go back to Italy and hang around for a while.
Do you have any advice for our readers who are seeking helpful tips on how they can live a colourful and happy life?
Don’t worry about what other people think of you, do your own thing. Be courageous and be compassionate. Live with kindness and a generous spirit and hopefully everything will work out well.
