Emily’s “former life” was as a remedial therapist working in sports medicine. Emily has an in-depth understanding of stress physiology and physical performance. Emily is passionate about empowering us to know our bodies AND minds!

About Emily Diamond:

I am a Performance Coach to entrepreneurs ensuring they have the strategy, structures and psychology they need for their commercial success, social impact and personal freedom. In my coaching and  strategy consulting inside financial services, instos, VC firms and large privately owned businesses I attract clients who are looking for accountability.

I work with people who are hungry and know there’s lots to learn and want to accelerate their growth through the use of a coaching structure that addresses their limitations at the same time as driving their goals. Transform the human, blow out the results.

With qualifications in Consulting, Coaching, Workplace Training and Behavioural Profiling and a “past life” in Sports Medicine I am most passionate about effective use of energy and good form in all areas.  I combine behavioural change methods, performance psychology, DISC profiling, coaching, consulting and the DeMartini Method with a range of business growth, infrastructure and performance management strategies such as the One Thing Framework, the Rockefeller Habits Framework and my highly successful 3 Steps/Danger score-carding method.  I think I’m funny and am a chronic punner so brace yourself for when we connect!
